Join us for a special evening with San Francisco Chef and Artist Kathleen Posade Weber. She'll be preparing one of her favorite seasonal dishes, she hand prepares everything with fresh, local ingredients; even the special flour she uses to make her pasta. Each course will be paired with one of our Stonehouse Cellars wines, culminating with a tasting of our yet to be released Port-style dessert wine.
Handmade Pasta and Wine Dinner Menu:
Salad – Arugula Salad with Summer Peaches and Goat Cheese
Primi Course – Homemade Angel Hair Pasta with Fresh Pesto Sauce
Secondi Course – Homemade Ravioli with Roasted Red Pepper, Walnut, and Parmesan filling finished with a Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
Dessert – Grilled Black Cherries with Gelato
Kathleen will also display paintings from her latest series "Rejoined" where she explores the use of classic stone pigments of Lapis Lazuli, Cobalt Blue, and Prussian Blue combined with precious metals such as 24 karat gold leaf.
